Charlie Mackesy
Charles Piers Mackesy OBE egy brit művész, illusztrátor és a The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse című könyv szerzője. Karrierjét karikaturistaként kezdte a The Spectator-nél, majd könyvillusztrátorként dolgozott az Oxford University Press számára. Mackesy művei köztereken is megtalálhatóak, Londonban és világszerte. Könyve 2019 októberében jelent meg, és több mint 100 hétig szerepelt a Sunday Times bestseller listáján. 2020-ban elnyerte a Maddox Gallery Artist of the Year díjat, 2021-ben pedig az Év Illusztrátora címet a British Book Awards-on.
