The pelican who was so greedy

Richard the pelican lives in St James's Park and he is famous for his greedy behaviour. The pelicans receive fresh fish from their keeper Tom every afternoon. One day Richard pushes all the other pelicans aside and eats all the fish alone. So the next day the other pelicans do not let Richard eat any of the fish. Now Richard has to find his own food, and he tries to steal food from other birds; he tries to push them aside. Richard soon realises that his greedy behaviour upsets everybody in the park. He learns that if he does not want to be lonely he needs to change.
